Verynice and neat room. Superb location near main train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary tea/coffee and luggage storage. Excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to shopping centres, bars, clubs, and shops. It was conveniently situated near the city center and within walking distance from both Lime Street and Central train stations. The room was very clean and well-designed, with strong wifi signal. The staff were lovely and provided great service. The bathroom was slightly bigger than the bedroom, and the hotel had recently upgraded their bathrooms, which were clean and functional.

I did experience some discomfort due to the room being unbearably hot at times.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being very close to Lime Street railway station and within walking distance of all the city attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly and very willing to help and advise.

We had a bit of a mix-up with our room, but the hotel quickly resolved it for us. They upgraded us to a double room with a window, much better. The staff were understanding and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was great, close to the train station and all the shops.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The gentleman on the desk advised me on the best room to book. Louis greeted us warmly and allowed us to store our luggage. The hotel made sure our room was ready early. The decor was stunning and the beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find and close to Lime St Station and everything in town. Special thanks to Denise and Louis for helping us with our luggage. the staff and service were top-notch.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and amenities. Room was clean and bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room layout was strange, with the bed built against the wall on a platform, making it difficult for two people to move around without disturbing each other. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, but the cups were used to store the sachets, requiring everything to be emptied out in order to make a drink.

This hotel is right in the city centre, making it a convenient choice for exploring all that the area has to offer. The friendly staff and modern decor add to the overall positive experience.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there was one small issue with the rooms. Some rooms were without windows and located in the basement next to an open staircase.
